The Operation Toy Train logo is a registered trademark of TOYX, Inc. d/b/a Operation Toy Train. The Toys for Tots logo is a registered trademark of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Approved uses of the Operation Toy Train logo or the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation logo are limited to the promotion and advertisement of our toy collection operations. If you wish to use either logo for any other reason, please contact us at info@operationtoytrain.org to establish a licensing agreement. We cannot directly license the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation’s logo or other protected imagery, but we can provide contacts and assist with the process.
